It’s just one reason why we’re the leader in live events.\nSummary\nThe Implementation Project Manager is responsible for owning the pre-production process, tools, documentation, communication, and hand-offs for all assigned events. The Implementation Project Manager will have involvement in the majority of Event Technology events. This fast-paced and challenging role requires successfully managing competing priorities and timelines while juggling multiple events simultaneously. This role is responsible for the planning of General Sessions, Meeting Rooms, Show Management Areas, and General Exhibits.\nThis position will support our Audio Visual Production team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week based out of Orlando, FL.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nPre-Production Customer Collaboration\nPre-Production Growth Team Collaboration\nIdentifying Customer Needs as it relates to budgeted equipment and services\nCollaboration with the Project Design Team to communicate customer expectations\nProducing the event to budget\nCreating and managing event pre-production workflow and communication through project management applications\nCollaboration with the Event Tech Logistics and Warehouse team on timelines and schedules.\nCollaborate with the Digital Services Lead and Streaming Lead (if needed) team to ensure a transparent, collaborative, and supportive integration with virtual offerings.\nMaking initial contacts and arrangements with facilities regarding the upcoming event.\nCollaborating with the labor teams for the appropriate staffing of the event.\nCAD work and drawing version control throughout the design and planning phases.\nFacilitate and lead the handoff to the team executing the event onsite\nLead all pre-production, production, and pre-con meetings on assigned events\nLead post event internal debrief\nResponsible for driving the process if an alternate project owner is assigned to their events\nOn-site check-ins of assigned events\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required\nTrained in customer service \n(1) one or more years in managing projects \n(5) five or more years’ experience in show production \nProficient 2D & 3D Vectorworks skills preferred \nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations\nNone Required\nWhat We Offer\nThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
