It’s just one reason why we’re the leader in live events.\nSummary\nIt is the responsibility of the Rigging Coordinator to coordinate rigging and associated electrical requirements for produced events. Serve as the primary liaison between the client sales staff and rigging engineer to ensure successful coordination of rigging requirements. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. Support a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures, taking personal responsibility for safety, reporting hazards or concerns promptly, and contributing to a culture that prioritizes safety every day.\nThis position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nCreate and maintain show files/show kits to ensure completion of required documentation.\nWork with the Client Solutions Manager and clients to gather specifications and enter the appropriate systems.\nProduce and process on-site work tickets as required.\nComplete work tickets and enter dismantle labor.\nEnsure labor tickets are signed by exhibitors.\nDispatch labor and obtain detailed information about installation upon return.\nCreate final billing reports for invoicing.\nFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.\nComplete required safety training and apply safe work practices at all times.\nImmediately report any workplace accidents, near misses, hazards, or unsafe conditions to a manager or through an appropriate reporting channel.\nParticipate in safety discussions and communicate concerns or feedback openly to help maintain a safe work environment.\nUse tools, equipment, and protective gear properly to prevent injuries and incidents.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\n1+ years’ experience in labor coordination or exhibitor services preferred.\nProficient in MS Office suite.\nBasic understanding of workplace safety practices and applicable OSHA requirements.\nAbility to consistently follow safety rules and contribute to a positive safety culture.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations\nOSHA 10 Certification required.\nTravel Requirements\nTravel 50% to 75%\nWhat We Offer\nThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
