The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 99-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter.\nSummary\nThe Sr. Experience Delivery Manager owns a portfolio of client sites on Envision Pro, Freeman’s premium facility sponsorship platform, which venues and show organizers use to showcase, sell, and purchase sponsorship opportunities. This role goes beyond execution. It is a strategic, forward-thinking partner to our clients, keeping every site accurate, compelling, and revenue-ready while helping shape how Freeman evolves the facility experience it delivers.\nThis position will support our Creative team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:\nLas Vegas, NV\nDallas, TX\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nOwn a portfolio of client Envision Pro sites, from launch through ongoing updates, so every site is accurate, complete, and client-ready.\nServe as the trusted partner for venues, show organizers, and Freeman teams, and as the first call for requests, questions, and new ideas.\nLook across your portfolio for opportunities: recommend ways to expand and present the offerings on each site, and improvements that strengthen client outcomes.\nGuide clients through platform enhancements and new commerce capabilities, planning each transition around their sales cycles so nothing is disrupted.\nHelp prepare internal teams and clients for platform changes through clear training, communication, and onboarding.\nManage request intake and the support inbox; prioritize work, set expectations, and keep stakeholders informed from request through delivery.\nWrite clear, polished client and internal communications: site status, release updates, how-to guidance, and training.\nCoordinate with venues, regional teams, Sales, and creative partners to source the details and approved assets each site needs.\nPartner with the Product and Development team on enhancements, testing, and issue resolution, bringing the client’s voice to the platform roadmap; deliver portfolio reporting and insights.\nEducation & Experience\n5+ years in client or account management, portfolio management, or digital platform delivery, ideally in venues, events, exhibitions, sponsorship, or SaaS.\nA strategic, service-first partner: someone who anticipates client needs and brings ideas, not just answers.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, with a strong eye for accuracy and quality.\nHighly organized; able to manage many client sites, requests, and deadlines at once.\nExperience guiding clients through platform changes or migrations; quick to learn new tools.\nTravel Requirements\nTravel up to 25%\nWhat We Offer\nThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
