This role serves as a strategic business partner responsible for month-end reporting, budget and forecast planning, and a variety of ad hoc financial tasks. The ideal candidate will be analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working with cross-functional leaders across all levels of the business.\nThis position will support our Finance team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nSupport month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities, including SG&A variance analysis and performance reviews.\nDevelop and maintain financial models, workforce planning tools, and management reporting to support business planning and operational decision-making.\nPrepare and deliver recurring financial, operational, and headcount reporting while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.\nConduct ad hoc analyses and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives, business performance, and resource allocation decisions.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, enhance financial processes, and leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions.\nPartner cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Operations, HR, Accounting, and Finance to support planning, forecasting, and business objectives.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field is required.\n3+ years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related experience.\nAdvanced Excel skills including modeling and data analysis.\nExperience with Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or other AI-enabled productivity tools.\nExperience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Workday, or equivalent.\nStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and management reporting.\nExperience automating reporting processes and improving operational efficiency preferred.\nStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.\nSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated ability to extract, manipulate, analyze, and present data effectively.\nWhat We Offer\nThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
