The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 99-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter.\nSummary\nThe Sr. FP&A Analyst for the Freeman Corporate Operations organization is responsible for executive support across the various Corporate Operations lines of business, revenue modeling, budgeting and forecasting, month-end P&L reporting, travel and entertainment expenses tracking, staffing analysis, and various financial and business ad-hoc analyses. This role provides user support and develop functional knowledge of the Hyperion Planning system.\nThis position will support our Finance team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nAnalyze and interpret financial information to understand and interpret business conditions\nBuild and coordinate Executive presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel \nCreate spreadsheets, charts and graphs identifying financial trends and analysis\nProficiently use financial planning systems (Hyperion) to support annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting process\nDevelop and prepare monthly summary financial reports as needed\nStrategize on financial and business structures to maximize margin\nDevelop ad-hoc management reports\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance from an accredited 4 year college or university is required; MBA Degree is preferred\nMinimum of three to five years of progressively increasing roles and responsibilities in Accounting or Finance\nExperience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)\nMust have strong aptitude in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint; working knowledge of Hyperion Planning and SAP is preferred\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations\nMBA, CPA or CMA preferred but not required.\nWhat We Offer\nThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
