This role plays a critical part in maintaining quality standards and supporting flawless event execution.\nThis position will support our Alford Media team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office/warehouse based out of Flower Mound, TX.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nPerform daily inbound inspections and quality control checks on rental equipment.\nPrioritize workloads based on event schedules and outbound equipment requirements.\nStage, prepare, and verify outbound equipment to ensure readiness and accuracy.\nConduct basic troubleshooting, testing, and repairs to return equipment to rentable condition.\nLoad, secure, transport, and unload equipment in accordance with company and DOT requirements.\nMaintain inventory levels of parts, accessories, and supporting equipment.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to quality control processes and warehouse efficiency.\nPromote and follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices.\nPartner with Operations, Warehouse, and Event teams to ensure seamless execution.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.\nAssist with training and development of team members as needed.\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum two (2) years of experience in event production, audiovisual technology, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.\nBasic technical repair and troubleshooting experience is an asset.\nThis position regularly works in a warehouse environment and requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, bending, and moving equipment.
