Our commitment to creativity, innovation, and flawless execution drives us to craft impactful experiential marketing solutions that deepen relationships, inspire action, and build trust-all around the world.\nSummary\nThe Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving supports within the Warehouse and Shipping Department and is primarily centered on the management of client properties within the warehouse, inventory duties and other generalized warehouse functions.\nThis position is eligible to work an in person schedule based out of our St. Paul, MN location.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nReceiving Responsibilities\nUnload incoming shipments safely and efficiently.\nVerify received materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.\nInspect incoming products for damage, shortages, or quality issues.\nLabel and store products and take to designated person or warehouse location.\nCommunicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors and purchasing personnel.\nMaintain organized staging and receiving areas.\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.\nAdhere to all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.\nKeep receiving log up to date.\nTake all necessary photos, upload them, and forward them to the appropriate personnel when required.\nShipping Responsibilities\nVerify order quantities and product specifications before shipment.\nAssist in packaging products to prevent damage during transit.\nGenerate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required shipping documentation.\nLoad outbound shipments safely and securely.\nEnsure on-time shipment of customer orders according to schedule requirements.\nInspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.\nAssist in resolving shipping errors and customer delivery issues.\nKeep shipping log up to date.\nTake all necessary photos, upload them, and forward them to the appropriate personnel when required.\nGeneral Warehouse Responsibilities\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nFollow all warehouse procedures, policies, and safety standards.\nParticipate in continuous improvement and lean warehouse initiatives.\nAssist other warehouse departments as operational needs require.\nReport equipment issues, safety concerns, and operational problems promptly.\nMeet productivity, quality, and accuracy goals.\nTrain new team members as assigned.\nDemonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and positive communication with coworkers and management.\nEducation & Experience\nAt least one year of warehouse experience preferred\nThe ability to operate multiple types of forklifts and warehouse equipment\nThe ability to stay on task and oversee multiple jobs at once in an organized and efficient manner\nModerate walking, standing, and/or climbing; heavy lifting and carrying, stopping, bending, kneeling and reaching\nBasic computer operation and navigation (including Word and Excel) as well as the ability to use a camera to upload photos\nWork safely, accurately and quickly using material and resources effectively\nDemonstrate a commitment to the successful completion of all projects to a high standard\nAbility to function as a team player and be a problem solver\nWhat We Offer\nThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
