The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders.\nWhatYou’llDo:\nPartner with stakeholders across the organization to support business and analytical needs.\nDevelop an understanding of the business, customers, and healthcare landscape to drive analytical value.\nApply analytical techniques to solve business problems and translate findings into actionable recommendations.\nAnalyze claims, authorization, and other healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.\nPrepare analyses and presentations related to operational, clinical, and financial program performance.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and visualizations that communicate key insights to business stakeholders.\nSupport data quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the analytics function.\nCollaborate with data and engineering teams to define requirements and support analytics use cases.\nManage multiple priorities while contributing to a variety of analytical projects.\nWhatWe’reLooking For:\nBachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical role.\nStrong SQL skills with the ability to write efficient queries and analyze data.\nExperience with Tableau or a similar business intelligence/data visualization platform.\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nNice to haves:\nExperience in healthcare analytics.\nExperience working with healthcare datasets such as claims, eligibility, authorization, or related data.\nExperience in specialty pharmacy or a related healthcare setting.\nDemonstrated experience supporting data-driven business decisions and delivering analytical solutions.\nLife at FMH:\nWorking at FMH means being part of a people-first culture where collaboration and balance matter.
