As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire anAR Accountant to support this next stage of scale and help strengthen our operations, processes, and capabilities alongside the business.\nWhat We Look For\n We are looking for an AP Accountant with a keen eye for detail to help us manage invoices, payments, and vendor relationships. You’ll play a key role in keeping our accounts payable accurate, organized, and on time. This role maintains strong relationships with suppliers, ensures compliance with internal controls, and supports month-end closing activities.\n Responsibilities\n Receive, review, and process vendor invoices and employee expense claims in line with company policies.\n Verify the accuracy of invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery notes.\nMatch supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies\nEnsure all payments are properly coded, authorized, and recorded in the accounting system (Odoo).\nMaintain up-to-date vendor accounts and reconcile statements on a monthly basis.\nPrepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.\nTrack advances, prepayments, and ensure proper settlements.\nAssist in month-end and year-end closing activities (accruals, provisions, schedules).\nEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal controls.\nSupport audits by providing relevant documentation and reconciliations.\n Qualifications & Work Experience\n Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.\n2-4 years of proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting.\nSolid knowledge of accounting principles and practices\nProficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (e.g. Odoo).\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with vendors and colleagues.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
