business opportunities. \nSupport the resolution of commercial or service-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction and retention. \nMaintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, quotations, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM or internal tracking system. \nProvide regular sales pipeline, activity, and performance updates to management. \nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field. \n2-4 years of B2B sales or business development experience within freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, transportation, or supply chain services. \nGood understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics industry. \nExperience generating leads, approaching new clients, and managing the full sales cycle. \nTarget-driven and comfortable working toward revenue and new business objectives. \nStrong follow-up, organization, and pipeline management skills.
