This position can sit in our Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, or Dallas, Texas office. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of programs by coordinating tasks, resources, and stakeholders. Monitor program progress and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Provide support to senior program managers.\nWhat You'll Do:\nContribute to the delivery of projects, carrying out specified project activities within defined time and quality parameters and ensuring adherence to the prescribed project management methodology.\n\nEnsure a positive experience for clients by having courteous interactions with them and doing quality work on projects.\n\nCollate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.\n\nContribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and support in generating new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.\n\nManage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues. This includes being responsible for developing or operating basic elements of the data management systems to deliver prescribed outcomes.\n\nDraft elements of project review reports and presentations to support delivery of the review process.\n\nQualifications\nBS/BA in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management and/or related field experience\n5+ years of professional Program/Project Controls experience\n\nProficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite\n\nAdvanced Excel Skills\n\nExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\n\nStrong organizational skills\n\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented\n\nPreferred\nExperience in PowerBI\n\nAbout Freese and Nichols\nAt the heart of our culture is our LEADS values (Learn continuously, Engage as family, Act with integrity, Deliver quality, and Serve always).
