As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies for quality coordination, testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReview and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback \nDevelop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases \nDesign, develop, and execute automated tests \nTest current products and identify deficiencies\nIdentify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved \nSuggest solutions to identified product problems \nInvestigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction\nCollaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution\nIdentify key KPIs for product quality\nIdentify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement \nPlan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy\nCollect quality data & perform regression testing \nOversee continuous improvement projects \nInvestigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions\nTrack quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts\nStay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies\nPrepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management\nPreferred Qualifications:\n5 plus years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer\nExperience with a variety of testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other\nExperience with coding using JAVA, HTML5, DB2, XML\nExperience with web security technology & software QA tools and processes\nCritical thinker and problem-solver\nGood time-management skills\nGreat interpersonal and communication skill\nExperience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases\nHands-on experience with both white box and black box testing\nHands-on experience with automated testing tools\nSolid knowledge of SQL and scripting\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development process\nExperience with
