The ideal candidate is a full-stack engineer with strong technical leadership skills, experience in Node.js, Java, and React, and a forward-looking understanding of AI-driven and agentic system architectures.\nYou will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable services, mentor engineers, and drive innovation in our platform capabilities.\nOn a Day-to-day Basis\nLead the design and development of platform modules and microservices using Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), and React.\nWork with the product team, architects, and other engineering teams to design solution, challenge assumptions to ensure successful executions, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure platform components.\nContribute to the architecture and integration of AI-driven and agentic workflows to enhance automation, intelligence, and system adaptability.\nOwn the full software development lifecycle - from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring.\nReview code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers in modern engineering principles.\nDrive continuous improvements in system performance, scalability, and observability through Automations.\nEnsure compliance with security, data privacy, and performance standards.\nLargely hands-on with coding, at the same time, you are the mentor for your team who helps them break complex problems into more manageable tasks that can be easily estimated\nDesign and develop end to end working pipeline from hardware to the visual representation layer.\nCollaborate in DevOps and CI/CD processes for smooth and reliable releases.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5-10 years of professional experience in full-stack development with demonstrated technical leadership.\nStrong hands-on experience in:\n Backend: Node.js (Express/Nest.js), Java (Spring Boot / Micronaut).\nFrontend: React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.\nDatabase: MySQL / MongoDB / Graph DB and familiarity with ORM frameworks.\nDeep understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.\nExposure to AI Agentic architecture - including LLM integration, prompt orchestration, workflow agents, or AI automation frameworks (Claude, Lama, OpenAI API, etc.).\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS).\nExperience with WebSocket, HTTP, and similar communication protocols.\nExperience in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.\nExcellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.\nBehaviours and Mindset\nExtremely customer focused; willing to go the extra mile to ensure a high level of service to the customer.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
