This role is responsible for preparing monthly investor reporting, monitoring transaction performance, supporting ABS issuances, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual reporting requirements.The position works closely with Treasury, Accounting, Risk Management, external auditors, trustees, and rating agencies to support the lifecycle of asset-backed securities transactions. Responsibilities include analyzing portfolio performance, monitoring daily cash flows, preparing ABS reporting packages, supporting Reg AB audits, and assisting with new securitization transactions. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role provides direct exposure to capital markets, securitization transactions, and investor reporting. While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.\nWe Take Care of Our Team\nPay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience\nBenefits include annual bonus program; 401k company contribution with company match up to 6% as well as non-elective company contribution of 3 - 7% depending on age; starting at 4 weeks paid vacation; 15 calendar holidays; 8 weeks paid parental leave; employee assistance program; comprehensive healthcare plans and wellness programs; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuition assistance and volunteer paid time off; short-term and long-term disability plans.\nWhat You Drive at DTFS\nPrepare and distribute monthly collateral, servicer, and investor reports for all ABS transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to trustees, investors, and regulatory bodies.\nValidate underlying portfolio data and perform analytical reviews to ensure the integrity of investor reporting and securitization performance metrics.\nMonitor daily ABS cash flows, principal collections, charge-offs, recoveries, reserve accounts, and bank wire activity to ensure compliance with transaction requirements.\nSupport the structuring, execution, and launch of new ABS transactions by coordinating due diligence activities with investment banks, rating agencies, trustees, and external auditors.\nCompile and analyze historical portfolio performance data, including delinquencies, losses, recoveries, prepayments, and other asset performance metrics used in rating agency reviews, offering documents, and investor presentations.\nSupport periodic SEC, trustee, investor, and regulatory reporting obligations associated with public and private ABS transactions.\nPerform reconciliations and reporting related to ABS activity within the Treasury System and support hedge-related transaction monitoring.\nCoordinate annual Reg AB audit activities, including data requests, auditor inquiries, issue remediation, and internal stakeholder communication.\nSupport Internal Control System (ICS) testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), process enhancements, and system implementations affecting securitization reporting.\nAssist in preparing materials for rating agency reviews, investor meetings, portfolio performance discussions, and management reporting.\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality controls, automation, and operational efficiency across the ABS platform.\nKnowledge You Should Bring\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in asset-backed securities, securitization, structured finance, treasury, or financial reporting.\nGeneral of ABS transaction structures, investor reporting, and servicing operations.\nAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to identify and interpret trends and variances to create concise reporting summaries for leadership and stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under strict reporting deadlines.\nProficiency with PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of Excel.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.\nExceptional Candidates Might Have\nExperience with ABS Suite or securitization reporting platforms.\nExperience supporting public and private securitization transactions and Reg AB reporting requirement.\nKnowledge of trustee reporting, rating agency requirements, and structured finance documentation.\nExperience working with asset performance analytics, loss curves, delinquency analysis, and securitization performance reporting.\n#LI-DTFSUSA\n#LI-Hybrid\nWhere We Work\nThis position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-\nCharlotte, NC US.
