While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.\nWe Take Care of Our Team\nPosition offers a starting salary range of $95,000 - $121,000 USD\nPay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience\nBenefits include annual bonus program; 401k company contribution with company match up to 6% as well as non-elective company contribution of 3 - 7% depending on age; starting at 4 weeks paid vacation; 15 calendar holidays; 8 weeks paid parental leave; employee assistance program; comprehensive healthcare plans and wellness programs; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuition assistance and volunteer paid time off; short-term and long-term disability plans.\nWhat You Drive at DTNA\nProvide leadership and support to supervisory staff, including direct, indirect and support functions within the Parts Distribution Center.\nPlan and establish work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity.\nLead the PDC Continuous Improvement effort in zone of responsibility.\nLead and implement TOS process for PDC\nAnalyze operational and statistical data to identify and determine causes of production problems and develop action plans for improvement.\nDevelop and execute strategic plans based on production process analysis and make recommendations on solutions to process improvements.\nLead the PDC safety and security programs as well as vendor management and all equipment and maintenance issues.\nResponsible for warehouse layout, reconfiguration efforts, space utilization and slotting to support efficiency.\nDevelop/monitor budgets and expenses for PDC.\nResponsible for all inventory control and customer service activities to include credit/claim issues and returning defective material to suppliers.\nIn coordination with the PDC Manager, establish, evaluate and communicate quality and through-put goals for each area.\nPoint of contact for all federal, state, local and corporate audit/inspection efforts.\nEngage in both tactical and strategic planning to maximize operational efficiencies.\nSuper User for SAP, DView, IMS and all other systems in use at the PDC.\nWorking knowledge of both Domestic and International Distribution concepts.\nIn coordination with the PDC Manager, determine manpower/staffing levels, direct and indirect recruitment and retention.\nInterpret Company policy and procedure for the workforce including conflict resolution between employees.\nFacilitate problem solving between the PDC and corporate functions, including the PDC Operations and TOS teams both located in Fort Mill, SC.\nOther duties as assigned by manager.\nSupport and facilitate a safe and ethical work environment and working culture.\nKnowledge You Should Bring\nBS/BA and 7 years of relevant experience in a high-volume manufacturing or logistics setting.\nPrevious Leadership experience within an operational environment, i.e. manufacturing, distribution or transportation is required.\nKnowledge and application of Lean/Continuous Improvement tools and principles is required.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office application is required.\nAbility to coach and develop employees to ever higher levels of performance is required.\nExceptional Candidates Might Have\nStrong Customer focus and previous face time experience with customers is preferred.\n#LI-LJN2 #LI-Onsite\nWhere We Work\nThis position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-\nLas Vegas, NV US.
