While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.\nWe Take Care of Our Team\nRequirements\nPerforms electrician maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on all plant electrical systems, 13.2 KV, 4160 V, 480 V, and 277V three phase systems, 208 V, 240V single and three phase systems, 120 V single phase, as well as 24 and 12 volt systems.\nPerforms electrical installations, including running conduit, pulling wire, mounting and wiring of electrical components.\nTroubleshoot plant equipment with or without using various PLC systems.\nTroubleshoot PLC problems.\nRead and interpret electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.\nPerform mechanical maintenance from shop work orders, preventative work orders (PM’s) as well as from written, drawn and verbal instruction.\nQualifications\nDocumentation substantiating four (4) years troubleshooting electrical controls and working with PLC’s in an industrial facility.\nMust demonstrate the safe use of various meters and gauges.\nMust demonstrate the safe and proper installation techniques for power systems wiring, including running conduit.\nMust demonstrate full working knowledge of the NEC and power distribution systems.\nHigh school diploma required, Associates Degree preferred.\nPractical knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Systems and Root Cause Failure Analysis required.\nJourneyman Card and documentation showing a Bona Fide Apprenticeship equaling 4 years experience in skilled trades is preferred.\nMust be able to work second or third shift\nAn attached resume\nDuties\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems for plant equipment and systems using PLC equipment.\nMust be capable of calculating circuit sizes, wire and conduit per NEC.\nMust be capable of providing electrical instruction from prints, sketches and verbally.\nMust be capable tracing and sketching electrical circuit components and their wiring.\nMust be capable of reading wiring schematics, Ladder diagrams and PLC programs.\nMust be capable of inputting documentation for PLC programs.\nPerform other duties as required utilizing mechanical knowledge to repair other mechanical and hydraulic equipment as well as electrical equipment.\nWhere We Work\nThis position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-\nMount Holly, NC US.
