While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.\nWe Take Care of Our Team\nPerforms heating, ventilation, air conditioning troubleshooting and repairs on all plant HVAC equipment.\nResponsibilities Performs heating, ventilation, air conditioning troubleshooting and repairs on all plant HVAC equipment.\nPerforms high and low voltage electrical troubleshooting repairs.\nPerforms pneumatic controls troubleshooting and repairs.\nRead and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.\nTroubleshoot and repair and adjust gas trains.\nMake proper adjustments to all phases of HVAC equipment.\nPerform mechanical maintenance from shop work orders, preventative work orders (PMs) as well as from written, drawn and verbal instruction.\nRepair leaks in coils and pipes in all plant HVAC equipment.\nDetect leaks in chilled water, DX, steam, condensate and condensate traps.\nBalance airflows in HVAC equipment and paint booths. Change filters in all plant equipment.\nFabricate and install ductwork and other sheet metal parts.\nPerform electrical installations on HVAC units and equipment.\nUse various meters and gauges to maintain and troubleshoot equipment.\nPerform other mechanical skills such as repair or replace pumps, sprockets, belts, chains, bearings, sheaves, etc.\nPerform all mechanical and piping skills to maintain various pieces of plant equipment.\nPerform repairs on boilers and air compressors.\nPerform operational checks and troubleshoot operations of the chillers.\nPerform other duties as required.\nDocumentation substantiating four years maintenance HVAC experience in an industrial facility working on mechanical equipment is required.\nMust demonstrate the safe use of various meters and gauges.\nMust periodically and successfully update skills in the HVAC area.\nRefrigerant certification.\nHigh school diploma required.\nAssociates Degree preferred.\nWhere We Work\nThis position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-\nMount Holly, NC US.
