As an Operations Intern, you'll work with cross-functional teams across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Human Resources, and Safety to support projects, analyze operational data, track key performance metrics, and assist with continuous improvement efforts. You'll have the opportunity to participate in process observations, operational reviews, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives while helping prepare leadership presentations, coordinate project activities, and support data-driven decision-making.
