While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.\nWe Take Care of Our Team\nPosition offers a starting salary range of $104,000 to $133,000 USD\nPay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience\nBenefits include 401k company contribution with company match up to 8% as well as non-elective company contribution of 3 - 7% depending on age; starting at 4 weeks paid vacation; 13+ calendar holidays; 8 weeks paid parental leave; employee assistance program; comprehensive healthcare plans and wellness programs; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuition assistance and volunteer paid time off; short-term and long-term disability plans.\nWhat You Drive at DTNA\nProgram Leadership\nLead the end-to-end implementation of DTNA Aftermarket's Product Information Management (PIM) solution.\nEstablish project plans, milestones, budgets, risk mitigation plans, and implementation roadmaps.\nCoordinate implementation activities across multiple workstreams including Product Management, Marketing, Digital Commerce, IT, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Data Governance, and Supplier Management.\nManage system integrators, software vendors, consultants, and external partners as required.\nBusiness Process Transformation\nFacilitate the development of future-state business processes supporting product content creation, maintenance, governance, and publication.\nPartner with stakeholders to define product data ownership, stewardship responsibilities, and governance processes.\nDrive organizational alignment on standardized product data, taxonomy, classification, and attribute management practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and consistency of product content management across DTNA Aftermarket.\nData & Systems Integration\nCollaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements for ERP, ecommerce, dealer-facing applications, supplier systems, and digital asset management integrations.\nSupport development of data migration, cleansing, enrichment, and validation strategies.\nCoordinate testing activities including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production readiness validation.\nEnsure business requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions.\nChange Management & Organizational Readiness\nDevelop implementation and adoption strategies supporting successful business transformation.\nLead stakeholder communications, training plans, and organizational readiness activities.\nFacilitate executive steering committee reviews and project status reporting.\nMonitor adoption metrics and business outcomes following implementation.\nBusiness Value Delivery\nDevelop business cases and success metrics to measure program value.\nSupport DTNA's Retail Readiness strategy through improvements in product content quality, digital shelf readiness, customer experience, and operational efficiency.\nDrive project execution to achieve agreed deliverables, timelines, budgets, and performance targets.\nKnowledge You Should Bring\nDemonstrated project management experience leading large cross-functional business transformation initiatives.\nExperience successfully managing software implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex business processes.\nStrong business process mapping and requirements gathering capabilities.\nExcellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to build alignment across business and technical teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.\nExperience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and project status reporting.\nExceptional Candidates May Have\n5-7+ years of project management experience.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.\nExperience implementing Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), ERP, Ecommerce, Digital Asset Management (DAM), or similar enterprise platforms.\nKnowledge of product data governance, product taxonomy, attribute management, catalog management, and digital product content strategies.\nExperience supporting retail, ecommerce, manufacturing, or aftermarket product data initiatives.\nWorking knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.\nPMP, Agile, or other project management certifications preferred.\nExperience managing third-party implementation partners and software vendors.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce, Informatica Product 360, Salsify, Akeneo, Stibo, Syndigo, or similar PIM platforms is preferred.\nWhere We Work\nThis position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-\nPortland, OR US.
