While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.\nWe Take Care of Our Team\nPay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience\nBenefits include annual bonus program; 401k company contribution with company match up to 6% as well as non-elective company contribution of 3 - 7% depending on age; starting at 4 weeks paid vacation; 15 calendar holidays; 8 weeks paid parental leave; employee assistance program; comprehensive healthcare plans and wellness programs; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuition assistance and volunteer paid time off; short-term and long-term disability plans.\nRegional Compensation Strategy, Execution and Alignment\nDevelop, implement, and manage compensation programs in alignment with DTNA/DTFS combined structures and guidelines across the US, Canada, and Mexico.\nConduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.\nCollaborate with Talent Management and HR leadership to support executive compensation planning and governance.\nDevelop, implement, and administer compensation for the US, Canada and Mexico including salary offers, job evaluations, short and long term incentives, salary reviews and increases and salary surveys.\nProvide support on executive compensation and sales compensation as needed in alignment with DTAG, DTFS and Daimler Truck North America.\nEnsure compliance with local labor laws and compensation regulations.\nAlign on compensation initiatives and projects with DTFS Global Compensation team and DTNA Compensation Center of Excellence.\nCommunicate to leaders and employees for key processes, deadlines and changes to the compensation processes and reviews.\nResponsible for recognition and reward strategy and systems for DTFS North America.\nOrganizational Development\nPartner with leaders to define optimal organizational structures that support business performance.\nProvide guidance on job architecture, leveling, and career pathing.\nSupport the HRBPs in organizational redesigns and structure changes.\nData Analysis & Reporting.\nAnalyze compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\nPrepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and leadership reviews.\nSystems & Tools\nLeverage Workday to manage compensation processes, reporting, and data integrity.\nSupport system enhancements and testing related to compensation modules.\nKnowledge You Should Bring\nBS/BA Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field and prefer 5 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree \nStrong understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and regulatory requirements in North America.\nExperience with organizational design and executive compensation.\nProficiency in Workday and advanced Excel/data analysis skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience working in a global matrix environment.\nExceptional Candidates Might Have\nCCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or equivalent is a plus.\nExperience with compensation in Mexico and Canada labor markets is highly valued.\nProficiency in Spanish.\nProject management/coordinate experience.\nWhere We Work\nThis position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-\nCharlotte, NC US.
