CHEC operates in a safety-relevant, high-complexity domain where usability, correctness, and delivery discipline are critical.\nWe are looking for a Senior UX Designer / Scrum Master to own the user experience strategy for the CHEC platform while also serving as the primary Agile facilitator for the CHEC Dev/Ops team. This role is approximately 70% UX Design and 30% Scrum Master & Agile Facilitation. You will design intuitive workflows for complex configuration tasks, establish reusable UX patterns and safety-oriented design standards, and partner with React/.NET engineers to bring designs to life. On the Agile side, you will facilitate ceremonies, partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, and promote continuous improvement. AI fluency is a core competency on this team - you will leverage AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, and design workflows.\nPosting Information\nWe provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning.
