About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer support to our growing client base. We're looking for compassionate, professional, and customer-focused individuals who have an exceptional ability to connect with people. Your ability to understand customer needs, resolve concerns, and build positive relationships will help improve customer satisfaction and retention while gathering valuable insights about our products and services.
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available to work a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, with potential overtime opportunities depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate information about commercial trucks, parts, services, and available service options.
- Recommend appropriate solutions and help customers navigate questions or concerns.
- Build positive customer relationships and support customer retention.
- Meet individual performance and customer satisfaction goals.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding service requests, inquiries, and outstanding concerns.
- Coordinate with sales, service, parts, and other departments to ensure timely customer support.
- Respond professionally to customer feedback and online reviews when assigned.
- Maintain a professional attitude, collaborate with colleagues, and seek guidance when necessary.

- Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

- Experience with customer service software is a plus.
- Familiarity with commercial trucks, automotive parts, or dealership operations is an advantage.
