Candidates must be available to work a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, with potential overtime opportunities depending on business needs.\nResponsibilities\nProvide customer service via phone, email, and other approved communication channels.\nAssess customer needs and provide accurate information about commercial trucks, parts, services, and available service options.\nRecommend appropriate solutions and help customers navigate questions or concerns.\nBuild positive customer relationships and support customer retention.\nMeet individual performance and customer satisfaction goals.\nDocument customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.\nFollow up with customers regarding service requests, inquiries, and outstanding concerns.\nCoordinate with sales, service, parts, and other departments to ensure timely customer support.\nRespond professionally to customer feedback and online reviews when assigned.\nMaintain a professional attitude, collaborate with colleagues, and seek guidance when necessary.\nTələblər\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAt least one year of customer service or call center experience preferred.\nStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.\nExperience handling customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues.\nFamiliarity with CRM systems and documenting customer interactions.\nStrong organizational skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.\nExcellent writing and telephone communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.\nExperience with customer service software is a plus.\nFamiliarity with commercial trucks, automotive parts, or dealership operations is an advantage.\nDependability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.\nMust meet applicable work-authorization requirements for the
