Strategic Partnerships Associate

We are looking for a technically strong and commercially driven Strategic Partnerships Associate to help get Teler embedded inside products built by other companies. You will work with AI agent platforms, voice and automation tooling, CRMs, IT services companies, system integrators and other technology partners. This is a technical partnerships role. You will map ecosystems, identify high-potential partners, conduct developer- and CTO-level conversations, run technical demos, build reference integrations and help partners move from their first conversation to their first production call.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Ecosystem Research and Partner Qualification:

• Map the AI voice and agent ecosystem across relevant platforms, frameworks and tools.
• Research AI agent platforms, voice/LLM tooling, automation platforms, CRMs, ATSs, contact-centre software, IT services firms and system integrators.
• Study potential partners' products, APIs, documentation, technical architecture and existing voice stack.
• Identify where Teler can fit into a partner's product or customer solution.
• Evaluate technical fit, customer overlap, commercial potential and integration effort.
• Build and maintain a prioritised partner target list.
• Track new entrants, voice launches, competitor partnerships, marketplace listings, pricing and ecosystem developments.

Partner Outreach and Relationship Management:

• Conduct targeted outreach through email, LinkedIn, developer communities, GitHub, Slack, Discord, events and relevant ecosystem channels.
• Create personalised outreach based on the partner's actual product and technical environment.
• Build relationships with developers, engineers, CTOs, technical founders, product teams, solution architects and technology leaders.
• Conduct discovery calls and understand what partners are building, their current voice infrastructure, technical challenges, integration requirements and expected usage.
• Maintain structured follow-ups and move qualified opportunities toward technical evaluation.

Technical Demos and Integration Support:

• Conduct Teler product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs.
• Explain Teler APIs, authentication, call control, media streaming, number provisioning, webhooks and call handling.
• Explain how Teler fits into AI voice-agent architectures.
• Build small reference implementations, sample applications, proofs-of-concept, and API examples.
• Create Postman collections, code snippets and technical integration material.
• Support partners through technical evaluation and integration.

Partner Onboarding:

• Manage partner onboarding from technical qualification through production.
• Support account and sandbox setup.
• Guide partners through API credentials, documentation and number provisioning.
• Support initial integration and testing.
• Help partners reach their first successful test call and first production call.
• Track integration progress, blockers and next steps.

Technical Troubleshooting:

• Review API requests, responses, logs and technical errors.
• Reproduce and investigate integration issues.
• Troubleshoot API and webhook-related problems.
• Identify whether issues originate from partner code, Teler or the network.
• Provide Engineering with clear and reproducible technical information.
• Resolve first-level technical issues without unnecessary escalation.

AI Voice and Technical Architecture

• You will work with technologies and concepts including: AI voice agents, STT, LLM, TTS
• Streaming and turn-based voice interactions
• Barge-in and interruption handling
• Function/tool calling
• SIP and VoIP
• DIDs and number provisioning
• Inbound and outbound calling
• Call control
• Media/audio streaming
• Voice latency and reliability
• API and webhook architectures
• You should be able to understand and explain where Teler fits within an AI voice-agent architecture.

Co-Selling and Partner Enablement:

• Work with Sales and Pre-sales on partner-led opportunities.
• Participate in partner-introduced customer discussions when technical support is required.
• Support joint solution positioning and technical qualification.
• Identify referral and co-selling opportunities.
• Create integration guides, FAQs, architecture diagrams, demo scripts and implementation material.
• Help partners become capable of explaining and positioning Teler independently.

Product Feedback:

• Collect structured feedback from technology and implementation partners.
• Identify recurring API, documentation, integration and scalability issues.
• Document partner requirements with technical and commercial context.
• Work with Product and Engineering to communicate partner requirements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce integration friction.

Partner Operations:

• Maintain accurate CRM and partner records.
• Track partner stages, technical evaluations, integrations, activations and next steps.
• Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach, qualified conversations, integrations, activations, pipeline and blockers.
• Build lightweight tools or scripts for partner research, enrichment, tracking or reporting where useful.

Requirements:

• You Must Have Built Something
• This is the most important requirement for the role.
• You must have at least 1-2 years of real hands-on experience writing code or building and shipping a software product.
• Your experience should involve software, integrations, applications or technical products that were actually shipped and used by real users.
• You should be able to provide evidence such as: GitHub, GitLab, Portfolio, Live product, Production integration, Open-source work, Other inspectable evidence of software you built.
• You should also be able to clearly explain your personal contribution.
