As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.\n\nBOM Assistant Engineer\nKey Responsibilities:\nRFQ & Costing Support: Raise and manage RFQs in collaboration with NPI, Costing Engineers and Supply chain.\nCompilation of product cost to support quotation team during bidding. \n\nERP Management: Upload and maintain accurate part numbers, quantities, units of measure, and cost within SAP.\n\n Engineering Change Management (ECO/ECN): Track engineering changes, ensuring relevant costs involved in implementation or liabilities are captured. \nUpdate SAP in accordance with Engineering change.\n\nCross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with NPI, engineering, procurement, supply chain and Sales.\n\nRequirements:\nDiploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent.\nProficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel\nProficient in SAP preferred.\nUnderstanding of multi-line Bill of Materials and Mechanical drawings.\nStrong numerical reasoning and exceptional attention to detail under tight deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.\nCandidates with a background in business automation and Power Automate will be given preference. \n Note to Entry-Level Applicants: Fresh Diploma graduates who demonstrate the right analytical aptitude, strong Excel foundations, and sharp attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
