As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.\nFirst Article & FAIR Management\nLead and coordinate all FAI/FAIR activities from planning through customer approval.\nReview customer drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.\nEnsure complete and accurate FAIR submissions in accordance with customer requirements.\nQuality & Dimensional Validation\nReview dimensional inspection results, CMM reports, and GD&T requirements.\nVerify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.\nSupport development and validation of inspection methods and measurement strategies.\nInvestigate and resolve dimensional and documentation issues.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nAct as the primary liaison between Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Suppliers, and Customers.\nDrive timely completion of FAIR activities to support project and shipment schedules.\nProvide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.\nSupplier Quality Management\nReview supplier FAIR packages and supporting documentation.\nCoordinate collection of material certificates, CoCs, process certifications, and compliance documents.\nFollow up on documentation gaps and corrective actions to ensure on-time submissions.\nNon-Conformance & Continuous Improvement\nLead investigations related to FAIR rejections and quality issues.\nCoordinate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve FAIR processes, documentation quality, and turnaround time.\nCustomer Support\nSupport customer audits, quality reviews, and FAIR-related inquiries.\nAddress customer feedback and coordinate FAIR revisions when required.\nEnsure high customer satisfaction through accurate and timely submissions.\nEducation\nGCE 'O' Level or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering\nExperience\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or FAI/FAIR management.\nExperience working in precision machining, sheet metal, semiconductor, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred.\nTechnical Knowledge\nStrong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.\nExperience with CMM offline program / inspection and dimensional reporting.\nFamiliarity with NCR, CAPA, and root cause analysis methodologies.\nKnowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9102, or equivalent quality systems is an advantage.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and quality documentation systems.\nWhat do we offer?\nFrencken is characterized by an informal and collegial atmosphere where every individual is important.
