Team Leadership & Development\nLead, mentor, and develop the Process Engineering and Tooling (Mold Maintenance & Repair) departments.\nBuild a high-performance engineering team capable of proactive problem-solving and process optimization.\n\nSetdepartmentalobjectivesandKPIsthatalignwithoverallplantandgrouptargets(especiallyOEE,scraprate,and quality).\n\nManage departmental resources, including budget, manpower, and training.\n\n2.Process Engineering & Optimization\nChampioncontinuousimprovementinitiatives(e.g., Lean,SixSigma)toenhanceproductionefficiency, reducecycle times, and minimize waste.\n\nLead systematic root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why) for all major production and quality deviations.\n\nEstablish and maintain standardized, stable, and capable injection molding processes for all parts.\n\nDrive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by analyzing and reducing downtime, speed loss, and quality loss.\n\nIdentify and implement automation and process improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce reliance on manual labor.\n\n3.Tooling Management\nOversee the management and maintenance strategy\n\nImplement and manage a robust preventive and predictive maintenance program for all tooling to ensure mold longevity andminimizeunplanneddowntime.\n\nLead the in-house tooling team in efficient mold troubleshooting, repair, and modification.\n\nManage tooling spare parts inventory and external vendors for complex repairs or new tool fabrication.\n\n4.Quality & New Product Introduction (NPI)\nCollaborate closely with the Quality (QA/QC) department to ensure all processes meet IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.\n\nLead the engineering team’s involvement in NPI, ensuring new molds and processes are validated (PPAP, FMEA, ProcessFlow, Control Plan) and production-ready on time.\n\nEnsure process parameters are scientifically developed, documented, and controlled.\n\n5.Cross-Functional Collaboration\nWork as a key partner to the Production, Production Planning, and Quality managers to achieve daily output and delivery targets.\n\nProvide technical support to the Sales and Supply Chain teams for new project feasibility (RFQ) and technical customer communication.\n\nReport on key engineering metrics and project status to the plant General Manager and HQ Technical Director.\n\nWhat Do We Offer at Frencken IMS?\nAt Frencken IMS, we believe that our people are our greatest asset.
