The high-quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems are assembled in both clean room and non-clean room environments. As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess customer purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders, and return transactions accurately in SAP or the relevant system.\nCoordinate order fulfilment, loading schedules, delivery order printing, and shipment arrangements to meet agreed timelines with minimum errors.\nHandle customer returns, including return documentation, SAP updates, issue follow-up, and closure of outstanding matters.\nMaintain effective communication with customers through email, Teams, telephone, and other approved channels.\nPrepare and manage local and overseas shipping documents, including delivery orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required export or import documents.\nLiaise with forwarders, transporters, 3PL providers, internal sales teams, warehouse personnel, and overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment and delivery execution.\nPrepare import GST clearance payment documentation and coordinate with forwarders where required.\nMonitor 3PL inventory, goods receipt, return transactions, and error settlements with customers to prevent payment or invoicing delays.\nMaintain monthly records, delivery order documentation, and on-time delivery reports, including publishing required reports within the first week of each month.\nSupport customer issue resolution by following up promptly, escalating when required, and ensuring documentation compliance.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nGood customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail in order processing, documentation preparation, and data entry.\nGood time management and planning skills to handle multiple customer requirements and shipment deadlines.\nProblem-solving ability to identify issues, coordinate corrective actions, and follow through to closure.\nWorking knowledge of SAP, sales order processing, delivery documentation, returns, and logistics coordination is preferred.\nAbility to work independently while supporting team objectives and department service standards.\nBasic knowledge of import, export, local delivery, commercial invoice, packing list, and GST clearance documentation and ISO Audit will be an advantage.\nWhat do we offer?\nFrencken is characterized by an informal and collegial atmosphere where every individual is important.
