The high-quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems are assembled in both clean room and non-clean room environments. As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.\nKey Responsibilities:\n· Operate CNC or conventional machines such as milling, turning, or drilling equipment.\n· Load raw materials, set basic machine parameters, and perform required tool changes.\n· Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measurement tools.\n· Interpret engineering drawings and follow process sheets and work instructions.\n· Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities, tool wear, or dimensional deviations.\n· Maintain accurate production records including quantities produced, scrap, and machine downtime.\n· Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, housekeeping, and compliance with machine guarding requirements.\n· Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on machines.\n· Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and technicians to resolve production issues.\n· Support 5S, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing activities.\nQualifications:\n· Secondary school education, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or relevant technical certificate.\n· 1-3 years of experience operating machinery in a precision manufacturing environment preferred.\n· Basic understanding of CNC milling or turning operations.\n· Familiarity with engineering drawings and GD&T fundamentals.\n· Proficiency in using basic metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).\n· Good mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to handle small and large components.\n· Strong commitment to safety and product quality.\nAdditional Information:\nWork Environment: Temperature- and humidity-controlled environment.\nPhysical Requirements: Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle precision components safely and accurately.\nWhat do we offer?\nFrencken is characterized by an informal and collegial atmosphere where every individual is important.
