Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you drive manufacturability, lead NPI projects from concept to production, optimize processes, and contribute to operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead manufacturability assessments and support RFQ activities.\nAct as the technical link between customers and internal teams.\nLead NPI and industrialization projects from concept to production.\nDevelop and implement manufacturing processes and related documentation.\nImprove production performance in quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.\nResolve complex manufacturing issues and support engineering changes.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree (HBO) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.\n5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in machining or high-tech manufacturing.\nExperience leading NPI and industrialization projects.\nStrong knowledge of CNC machining, manufacturing processes, and process optimization.\nExperience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and Lean Manufacturing.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nProactive, hands-on, and focused on continuous improvement.\nFluent in English;
