As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaterial Handling & Cleanroom SupportTransfer raw materials, components, tooling, and WIP into and out of the cleanroom following established cleanroom protocols.\nVerify all materials are properly identified and accompanied by the correct traveler, route card, or production documentation before transfer.\nEnsure cleanroom entry requirements are met, including appropriate packaging, cleaning status, and material containment requirements.\nSupport material replenishment activities to ensure uninterrupted production operations within the cleanroom.\nSegregate and identify non-conforming, quarantined, or hold materials in accordance with quality requirements.\nHandle products carefully to prevent contamination, damage, mix-up, or loss of traceability.\n\nPacking, Labelling & Product IdentificationPerform non-cleanroom packing activities according to customer, quality, and shipping requirements.\nEnsure all packing materials are in good condition and suitable for product protection.\nVerify that all required labels, part markings, identification tags, and documentation are correctly applied prior to shipment or transfer.\nConduct visual checks to ensure packaging completeness and compliance with work instructions.\nReport damaged packaging materials, missing labels, or discrepancies for immediate corrective action.\n\nInventory & Traceability ControlMaintain accurate traceability of materials, components, and WIP throughout the production process.\nPerform material transactions, stock movements, and inventory updates in accordance with company procedures.\nAssist in cycle counts, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation activities.\nEnsure physical inventory matches documentation and system records.\nSupport investigation of inventory discrepancies and material shortages.\n\nQuality, Safety & ComplianceAdhere to cleanroom gowning requirements, contamination control procedures, and handling standards.\nFollow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and safe material handling practices.\nEnsure compliance with company Quality Management System (QMS), customer requirements, and applicable work instructions.\nMaintain cleanliness, orderliness, and 5S standards within storage, staging, and packing areas.\nEscalate material discrepancies, labeling issues, damaged parts, or quality concerns promptly.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Team SupportSupport production, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams in achieving operational objectives.\nParticipate in continuous improvement, 5S, and waste reduction initiatives.\nAssist with material flow improvements to improve efficiency, traceability, and workplace organization.\nSupport cross-functional activities as assigned by the supervisor.\n\nQualifications\nSecondary school education, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.\n1-3 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, production support, logistics, or cleanroom operations preferred.\nBasic understanding of manufacturing documentation, travelers, and material traceability requirements.\nExperience in packing, labelling, and inventory control activities is advantageous.\nFamiliarity with cleanroom practices or contamination-controlled environments is preferred.\nBasic computer skills for inventory transactions and production record updates.\nGood attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions accurately.\nStrong commitment to product quality, cleanliness, and safety.\nAble to work independently and as part of a team.\nAdditional Information\nWork Environment: Cleanroom and non-cleanroom manufacturing environment with controlled temperature and humidity conditions.\nPhysical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive handling activities, lift and move materials within approved safety limits, and handle precision components carefully to prevent damage or contamination.\nWork Schedule: Shift work and overtime may be required to support operational requirements.\nReports To: Production Supervisor / Cleanroom Supervisor (as applicable)\nWhat do we offer?\nFrencken is characterized by an informal and collegial atmosphere where every individual is important.
