The role involves analyzing production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor and analyze production processes to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.\nIdentify production issues, investigate root causes, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.\nConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production, quality, process, and operational issues.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, process efficiency, product quality, and cost effectiveness.\nApply Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies to optimize production processes and eliminate waste.\nSupport the implementation and improvement of manufacturing processes, work instructions, process standards, and production procedures.\nWork closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant departments to resolve process and production-related issues.\nAnalyze production data and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate actions.\nSupport the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness.\nApply manufacturing methodologies such as 5S, Just-In-Time (JIT), and other continuous improvement techniques within the production environment.\nParticipate in PFMEA activities and support the identification and mitigation of potential process and manufacturing risks.\nConduct process improvement activities to reduce waste, downtime, defects, and production inefficiencies.\nSupport production trials, process changes, and new or improved manufacturing methods where required.\nPrepare and maintain relevant production, process improvement, and technical documentation.\nEnsure production processes are carried out in accordance with established standards, procedures, quality requirements, and company policies.\nProvide technical support and guidance to production teams in resolving process-related problems.\nParticipate in improvement projects and other engineering activities assigned by the management.\nPerform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior or management.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nCandidates with relevant technical qualifications and strong manufacturing experience may also be considered.\nWorking Experience\n2 to 5 years of hands-on working experience in a manufacturing or production environment.\nExperience in production engineering, process improvement, manufacturing engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.\nPractical experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions is required.\nKnowledge & Skills\nGood understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.\nKnowledge of PFMEA, 5S, Just-In-Time (JIT) and other manufacturing improvement techniques.\nGood understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and process control.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.\nAbility to analyze production data and identify process improvement opportunities.\nGood understanding of quality and process improvement concepts.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nGood organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nWHAT BENEFITS DO WE OFFER\n5-Days Work Week\n\nAttractive Remuneration Package\n\nTransport Allowance\n\nHandphone Allowance\n\nMedical & Dental Claim\n\nLunch Subsidies\n\nYearly increment & bonus\n\nUniform provided\n\nAll Selangor Public Holidays\n\nComprehensive insurance coverage\n\nConducive working environment\n\nTraining & development provided\n\nOpportunity to excel & growth\n\nFlexible work arrangement\n\nAPPLY NOW\nInterested?
