If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply!\nOur people make all the difference in our success.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Interface for Quality Issues\nAct as the main point of contact for all quality-related concerns from customers.\nCommunicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding product quality, complaints, or issues.\nCustomer Complaint Management\nInvestigate customer complaints and identify root causes using tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, or 8D reports.\nLead and coordinate problem-solving teams to resolve issues.\nEnsure timely and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\nQuality Reporting and Documentation\nPrepare and submit quality documentation (e.g., control plans, FMEAs) as required by the customer.\nMaintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like customer returns (RMA), PPM (parts per million), and delivery quality.\nAudits and Compliance\nSupport or lead customer audits (onsite or remote).\nEnsure compliance with customer-specific requirements (e.g., customer procedure, drawings, specification) industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory guidelines.\nProduct and Process Validation\nParticipate in product launches, process validations, and initial sample inspections.\nEnsure products meet quality standards before delivery to the customer.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nWork with internal teams such as design, production, supply chain, and quality assurance to resolve issues and improve product quality.\nDrive continuous improvement projects based on customer feedback.\nCustomer Scorecard Monitoring\nMonitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics and scorecards.\nTake proactive actions to improve ratings (e.g., delivery performance, defect rates).\nWhat do we offer?\nFrencken is characterized by an informal and collegial atmosphere where every individual is important.
