have positioned us as a key player in the manufacturing sector.\nThe QC Inspector is responsible for conducting inspection and verification of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure that products meet specified quality standards, engineering drawings, customer requirements, and applicable procedures.\nThe role requires strong attention to detail, good knowledge of inspection methods and measuring equipment, and the ability to identify, document, and escalate quality issues promptly.\nKey Responsibilities\nQuality Inspection\nPerform incoming, in-process, and final inspection according to established inspection plans, work instructions, drawings, and specifications.\nInspect mechanical components, machined parts, sheet metal components, assemblies, and other manufactured products.\nVerify product dimensions, appearance, workmanship, and functional requirements against specified standards.\nConduct first-piece, patrol, and final inspections as required.\nEnsure inspection activities are completed accurately and within the required timeline.\nMeasurement & Inspection Equipment\nOperate and maintain inspection and measuring equipment such as: Vernier caliper\nMicrometer\nHeight gauge\nDial gauge\nPin gauge\nGauge blocks\nCMM and other precision measuring equipment, where applicable\n\nEnsure measuring equipment is within calibration validity before use.\nHandle inspection equipment properly to maintain accuracy and prevent damage.\nDrawing & Specification Interpretation\nRead and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, inspection standards, and technical documents.\nUnderstand dimensional tolerances, geometric tolerances, surface finish requirements, and basic GD&T symbols.\nVerify dimensions and characteristics against drawing requirements and customer specifications.\nNon-Conformance Control\nIdentify and segregate non-conforming materials, components, or finished products.\nRaise and maintain Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) or other quality records when required.\nClearly document inspection findings and provide accurate information to the relevant departments.\nSupport investigation and follow-up of quality issues with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.\nMonitor rework, repair, and disposition activities to ensure requirements are fulfilled.\nQuality Documentation & Records\nRecord inspection results accurately in inspection reports, check sheets, ERP/MES systems, or other quality systems.\nMaintain proper documentation and traceability of inspection records.\nEnsure inspection records are complete and readily available for internal or customer audits.\nSupport preparation of quality reports and inspection data when required.\nProcess & Continuous Improvement\nHighlight recurring quality issues and abnormal conditions to the relevant personnel.\nParticipate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions where required.\nSupport continuous improvement activities to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.\nWork closely with Production and Engineering teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and maintained.\nCompliance & Safety\nFollow company quality procedures, work instructions, control plans, and inspection standards.\nEnsure compliance with applicable ISO and company quality management system requirements.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area.\nFollow all company safety rules and regulations.\nJob Requirements\nEducation\nCertificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in: Mechanical Engineering\nManufacturing Engineering\nMechatronics\nQuality Engineering\nIndustrial Engineering\nor a related technical field.\n\nExperience\n2-4 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, or manufacturing environment.\nExperience in precision manufacturing, machining, sheet metal, assembly, or mechatronics manufacturing will be an advantage.\nFresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications and strong inspection knowledge may also be considered.\nTechnical Skills\nGood understanding of quality inspection processes and measurement techniques.\nAble to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.\nBasic understanding of GD&T and dimensional tolerances.\nProficient in using common precision measuring instruments.\nKnowledge of inspection documentation and NCR processes.\nExperience with CMM or other advanced measurement equipment will be an advantage.\nBasic knowledge of ISO 9001 and
