You are customer focused, combine quality expertise with a Lean mindset and are passionate about driving sustainable improvements throughout the business.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and develop the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in Eindhoven and Reuver.\nAlign the both sites and create one standard way of working\nDrive a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility and prevention is valued over correction.\nIdentify quality risks early and ensure actions are taken before they impact customers, production, or suppliers.\nLead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives that reduce waste, improve process capability, and deliver sustainable results.\nWork closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen quality performance.\nBuild strong partnerships internally and with suppliers and customers to ensure consistent quality standards throughout the supply chain.\nMaintain and further develop the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.\nSeveral years of experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably semicon.\nExperience in leading Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in a technical production environment.\nAble to develop a clear vision on the quality organization end execute on that vision\nStrong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, and lean principles.\nExperience working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a practical, hands-on approach.\nAbility to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nWho You Are\nYou are someone who naturally looks ahead and asks, \"How can we prevent this?\" rather than \"How do we fix this?\"\nYou enjoy working with people, are comfortable challenging the status quo, and know how to turn data and insights into meaningful improvements.
