Senior IT Project & Team Lead

As Senior IT Project & Team Lead, you combine project leadership with people management. You are responsible for delivering strategic IT and digital transformation projects while leading and developing the European IT team.

Working closely with business stakeholders and the Global IT organization, you ensure successful project execution, drive continuous improvement, and support the organization's digital ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, planning, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead, coach, and develop the European IT team.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, local IT teams, vendors, and Global IT.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Support the implementation of global IT standards, governance, and best practices.
• Manage external IT partners and suppliers.
• Contribute to the European IT roadmap and long-term technology strategy.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, IT leadership, or a similar role.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and business processes.
• Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and change management skills.
