Shortly, this means:\nDevelop and execute the site's Lean transformation roadmap.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.\nCoach leaders and teams in Lean thinking, problem solving, and change management.\nLead cross-functional improvement projects and facilitate workshops.\nIdentify and eliminate operational waste through data-driven analysis.\nStandardize and optimize processes to improve operational performance.\nBuild a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.\nSupport leadership teams with performance management and daily management systems.\nAnalytical skills & Critical thinking:\nIdentify and eliminate operational waste using lean operating tools (VSM, Heijunka, SMED..)\nDrive improvements across PSQDC based on data analysis\nApply structured problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, A3 and Root Cause Analysis to address operational challenges”\nUse KPI's and data to monitor progress and waste\nSoft (people) skills\nCommunication skillsHas the ability to convey information to another effectively and efficiently\nNegotiation skills and persuasive\nA natural coach who enjoys developing people and teams.\nAn effective change agent who can influence without formal authority.\nAnalytical, pragmatic, and results oriented.\nComfortable engaging with employees at all organizational levels.\nPassionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence\nStakeholder management and influencing skills\n\nCollaborationWork in cross-functional teams, create synergy between those team members and align improvements with both engineering and business needs\n\nAbstract thinking:Goal is to standardize and solve the hiccups within the process and not bend the process towards the product project goals\n\nContinuous Improvement:\nPlayed a key role in implementing operating models in different organizations (department)\nFacilitate workshops and active coaching on the floor\n3+ years of experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a similar role.\nDemonstrated success in leading improvement and transformation initiatives.\nExperience applying Lean and problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, A3, and Value Stream Mapping.\nMain KPI’s:\nWaste reduction\nImprovements\nCost: Uptime / productivity\nSafety / Quality / Deliveries / Cost: Continuous improvement initiatives\nBackground:\nCompleted (minimum) a relevant HBO education, preferably in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.\nMinimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role\nExperience in lean transformation and successful implementations with proven results \nProficient in English, spoken and written and Dutch is an advantage.\nWhat do we offer?\nWorking at Frencken means working in an informal and collegial atmosphere where everyone is important.
