You will work on critical services involving resource scheduling, compute resource management, billing, metering, and APIs.\n\nThis role requires strong expertise in distributed systems, Go, Linux, and Kubernetes, along with a hands-on approach to architecture, performance optimization, and production reliability. You should thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and leverage AI coding agents to accelerate engineering workflows while maintaining high standards of code quality.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Programming : Advanced proficiency in Go (Golang) and backend development.\n\n- Distributed Systems : Experience designing scalable, reliable, high-performance systems.\n\n- Linux : Strong knowledge of Linux administration, system configuration, and debugging.\n\n- Networking : Solid understanding of Linux networking and infrastructure fundamentals.\n\n- Kubernetes : Hands-on experience with container orchestration and infrastructure provisioning.\n\n- AI Coding Agents : Practical experience with tools such as Claude Code or Cursor for complex engineering tasks, code generation, and implementation workflows.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain core backend services for resource scheduling, resource pooling, billing, metering, and APIs.\n\n- Architect distributed systems that balance latency, throughput, consistency, and reliability.\n\n- Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate development while maintaining accountability for technical outcomes.\n\n- Write detailed technical specifications and develop automated checks to validate implementation quality.\n\n- Conduct rigorous code reviews to identify logical errors, architectural issues, and performance bottlenecks.\n\n- Ensure production readiness through comprehensive testing, observability, debugging, and reliability engineering.\n\n- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system architecture, code quality, and development practices.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience building or operating multi-tenant infrastructure platforms.\n\n- Experience with billing, metering, resource scheduling, or cloud platform engineering.\n\n- Exposure to bare-metal servers, cloud service providers, or large-scale infrastructure platforms.\n\n- Familiarity with GPU
