Work for an international technological leader and enjoy flexible working arrangements, professional growth opportunities, and a strong focus on work-life balance.\n\nWorking Model\nHybrid working model with occasional home office\nRegular travel to our Vienna headquarters (typically once per week; up to three times per week during key project phases)\nInternational business travel approximately 25-30% of the time for customer installations, upgrades and acceptance activities\nCompany cars are available for business travel to Vienna\nKey Tasks\nPlan, design, and implement technical solutions for customer delivery projects, ensuring compliance with system requirements and quality standards including activities performed at customer´s sites\nIntegrate systems and components into complex environments\nPerform system audits, participate in site acceptances, and ensure system readiness\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including configuration records, design specifications, and operational manuals\nAssist customers with technical questions related to system operation, configuration, and service\nCollaborate with Product Management on designing and extending/improving products\nSupport the transition of delivery projects into the service phase, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness\nService and maintenance duties: Handle service tickets (incidents, problems, configuration changes) within agreed response times and participate in on-call duties.
