From automation to tower systems, voice communication to traffic optimisation, information management to surveillance, networks to UTM and recording, we offer a broad range of solutions that cater to all ATM operational needs.\n\nYour Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Solution Manager who will be responsible for complex technical solutions in projects and programmes, mainly in the domain of ATM Voice Communication. In this role you would take charge of the technical matters delivered to and commissioned by customers and thus be the first contact for this solution, to both, the customer as well as internal stakeholders. Therefore, our IT Engineers have a broad IT background, are comfortable to work in an international environment and design solutions for our customers, comprising multiple software and hardware elements. As a Technical Solution Manager, you should have minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management (as a System Engineer, Technical Solutions Manager, IT Project Manager, etc.).\nWorking Model, Travel & Project Environment Hybrid working model\nMinimum 3 days per week on-site at our Bratislava office, with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week.\nKey Tasks\nResponsibility for technical solution on the assigned project\nFirst contact to the customer and internal departments in all technical project issues\nPlanning and steering technical resources, including defining work packages and monitoring schedules and progress\nDesigning and implementing technical solutions with technical and budgetary feasibility in mind\nDesigning, managing and documenting customer's requirements\nResponsible for system integrations and testing as well as commissioning the technical solutions together with customers\nFinal alignment and documentation of the technical requirements with the customer\nPreparing technical specifications for internal interfaces (R&D, IT Solution Provider, Purchasing, Assembly, etc.)\nTechnical collaboration with external suppliers (sub suppliers) Steering the design process in projects involving development and reviewing design documents\nDefining and preparing R&D development requirements and coordinating the deliverables\nIdentifying and implementing change requests\nLifecycle management of project-specific COTS products\nResponsible for configuration management (documents as well as systems and licenses)\nCoordinating safety and security.\nCoordinating all internal and external project stakeholders contributing to the technical solution, e.g. documentation, testing department, development, etc.\nAnalysing technical project risks and opportunities, preparing contingency plans\nResponsible for technical acceptance of external and internal deliveries\nReporting to and coordinating with Project Manager and Line Manager\nKey Qualifications\nDomain know-how\nStrong knowledge and understanding of telecommunications (SIP, RTP)\nStrong knowledge in networks technologies including at least: switching L2/L3, routing\nSkilled in designing IT system architectures, deployment tools, software defined functions and scripting\nUnderstanding of virtualization platforms\nAdministration skills on Linux and Windows, especially in respect of networking, deployment and configuration\nUnderstanding of ATC concepts is beneficial\nOur Values\nAround 2,900 employees are committed to creating a safer world with their innovative strength and technology orientation.
