Safety as our number one priority pushes us to constantly learn about the ever-changing needs in safety critical environments to deliver innovative solutions.\nKey Tasks\nCollaborate with manual testers, dev ops engineers and integration lead to identify automation candidates from each software drop\nDesign, develop and implement automation regression test suites that validate features end to end\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for quick feedback in the release cycles\nManage and produce clear automation dashboards, test reports and metrics for the assigned Test program(s), including # of scripts executed, pass/fail reports\nTroubleshoot valid test failures, automation false negatives to continuously improve the automation stability and coverage\nFully document any defects/unexpected anomalies identified during automation testing\nIdentify and propose areas of improvement throughout the Release process\nKey Qualifications\nBS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (at least 3 years) with IT and telecommunications hardware and software\nAt least 5 years automation test-related work experience\nExperience in JavaScript and designing automation test code\nHands on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, or similar\nFamiliar with CI/CD pipeline (GitLab, Jenkins….)\nUnderstanding of containerization, virtualization such as Kubernetes\nExperience with bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA (preferred)) and Test Management Systems (e.g., JAMA)\nStrong written and communication skills - ability to communicate progress/problems, test design with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nExcellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills\nAbility to work concurrently on multiple tasks and projects,\nAbility to work independently and with a team\nStrong understanding in QA methodology, Agile/Scrum software development processes and project life cycles\nOur Values\nFrequentis USA is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
