Safety as our number one priority pushes us to constantly learn about the ever-changing needs in safety critical environments to deliver innovative solutions.\nKey Tasks\nProvide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.\nProcess employee changes, including status updates, promotions, compensation changes, transfers, and terminations.\nMaintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\nSupport compensation administration and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) maintenance.\nGenerate HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.\nParticipate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport the People Operations Manager with employee relations matters, investigations, and offboarding activities.\nSupport performance management, employee development, and talent management initiatives.\nMaintain the performance management system and assist managers throughout the performance review process.\nDevelop employee and manager training programs, materials, and curricula.\nAssist with employee engagement initiatives and Engagement Committee activities.\nAdminister and coordinate the Frequentis USA Onboarding Buddy Program.\nAssist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities as needed.\nAssist with compliance reporting requirements, including EEO-1, VETS-4212, Affirmative Action Plan (AAP), and other government reporting obligations.\nAssist with immigration and visa processes for employees, assignees, and international transfers.\nCoordinate and support health and safety initiatives, including facilitating the Health and Safety Committee and promoting a culture of workplace safety.\nProvide administrative support for HR projects and department initiatives.\nSupport other HR-related duties as assigned.\nKey Qualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum five years of progressive Human Resources experience.\nKnowledge of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.\nExperience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience managing and supporting organizational changes and cross-functional projects.\nAbility to coordinate, communicate, and execute change initiatives.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification.\nExperience working within a global organization.\nExperience supporting government contractor compliance requirements.\nOur Values\nFrequentis USA is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
