Safety as our number one priority pushes us to constantly learn about the ever-changing needs in safety critical environments to deliver innovative solutions.\nKey Tasks\nPerform routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and facilities.\nComplete preventive maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.\nTroubleshoot and perform minor repairs involving drywall, painting, doors, locks, and fixtures.\nRespond to and resolve maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.\nAssemble, install, move, and repair office furniture, workstations, and equipment.\nSupport office relocations, space reconfigurations, and workstation setups.\nMonitor facility conditions and identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues.\nMaintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.\nEnsure facilities are clean, functional, safe, and presentable at all times.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work.\nCoordinate and oversee external contractors, vendors, and service providers.\nAssist with HVAC monitoring and coordinate specialized repairs as needed.\nSupport facility projects, renovations, and office improvement initiatives.\nConduct safety inspections and help ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements.\nAssist with emergency preparedness, business continuity, and after-hours facility support when required.\nSupport grounds maintenance and seasonal facility needs.\nAssist with receiving, transporting, and setting up equipment and supplies.\nParticipate in budget tracking and procurement of maintenance-related materials and services.\nProvide general support for facility-related administrative tasks and special projects.\nSupports maintenance task for company fleet\nSupports set up for company events\nSupports warehouse tasks\nKey Qualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, handyman services, or a related field.\nWorking knowledge of basic painting, drywall, and general building maintenance.\nExperience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.\nBasic computer skills for work order management, email, and recordkeeping.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a commercial office or corporate environment.\nOSHA safety training or other safety-related certifications.\nExperience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers.\nExperience supporting office moves, furniture installations, and workspace reconfigurations.\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent customer service orientation and responsiveness.\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nReliability, accountability, and professionalism.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with employees, and management.\nCommitment to workplace safety and compliance.\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.\nAbility to safely operate maintenance equipment, hand tools, and power tools.\nAbility to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when required.\nAbility to respond to facility emergencies outside normal working hours, as needed.\nFrequent movement throughout office, warehouse, and building environments.\nVisual and manual dexterity sufficient to inspect, repair, and maintain building systems and equipment.\nOur Values\nFrequentis USA is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
