Safety as our number one priority pushes us to constantly learn about the ever-changing needs in safety critical environments to deliver innovative solutions.\nKey Tasks\nInternal Communications:\nCoordinate content and distribution for employee newsletters and Viva Engage community communications.\nEstablish and maintain marketing and internal communication processes for the Frequentis USA internal home page.\nServe as the Marketing liaison to the Employee Engagement Committee and support committee planning and initiatives.\nEvents and Customer Engagement:\nCoordinate logistics for internal events, official visits, and visits to the DC Experience Center in partnership with the Executive Coordinator.\nWork with the Sales team and Executive Coordinator to support customer engagement activities.\nManage conference logistics, including demonstrations, materials, promotional items, vendor coordination, and other event requirements.\nCoordinate pre- and post-conference meetings, timelines, and follow-up activities.\nTrack conference performance indicators, including lead-generation results.\nContent and Digital Marketing:\nOrganize and maintain marketing content so materials are current, accessible, and easy for the team to locate.\nMonitor the company website and LinkedIn presence, identify content updates, and coordinate required changes.\nPrint and order marketing collateral as needed.\nSupport paid and organic social media campaigns and track campaign and page performance.\nKey Qualifications\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\nStrong organizational and project coordination skills, with close attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, leadership, and administrative teams.\nWillingness to support travel and events outside standard business hours, as needed.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience coordinating conferences, trade shows, corporate events, or customer visits.\nExperience supporting internal communications, social media, website content, or digital campaigns.\nFamiliarity with content organization, marketing performance tracking, and lead-generation reporting.\nExperience working in an aviation, technology, government-contracting, or business-to-business environment is a plus.\nCore Competencies\nCommunication and collaboration\nPlanning and coordination\nAttention to detail\nInitiative and follow-through\nTime management and adaptability\nCustomer and employee engagement\nOur Values\nFrequentis USA is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
