Safety as our number one priority pushes us to constantly learn about the ever-changing needs in safety critical environments to deliver innovative solutions.\nKey Tasks\nDevelop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing air traffic controllers and system maintainers.\nLead collaborative efforts with the FAA to develop and deliver training for mission critical systems.\nDesign engaging course content including classroom instruction, simulations, and e-learning modules.\nConduct training sessions using FAA-approved materials and methodologies.\nEvaluate trainee performance through assessments, simulations, and feedback sessions.\nUpdate training materials to reflect changes in FAA regulations, technology, and best practices.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts and operational staff to ensure training relevance and accuracy.\nMaintain training records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.\nSupport certification and re-certification processes for air traffic control personnel.\nKey Qualifications\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 8 years of recent experience in training development with some of that time in a lead role\nPrior experience as an instructor or training developer in an FAA facility or similar environment.\nStrong knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace systems, and ATC procedures.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.\nProficiency in using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) or similar e-learning development tools is a plus\nBachelor’s degree in aviation, education, or a related field preferred.\nPreferred Certifications:\nFAA Instructor Certification (if applicable)\nInstructional Systems Design (ISD) or similar training development credentials\nSpecial Notations or Conditions of Employment:\nMust be authorized to work in United States and obtain clearances to work on government sites.\nOur Values\nFrequentis USA is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
