Identify gaps, evaluate solution alternatives, and translate business requirements into functional and technical system specifications for SAP IBP (e.g. Demand Planning, S&OP, Response & Supply).\nConfigure SAP IBP system settings and planning models; plan and execute unit, integration, operational qualification (OQ), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined business and quality requirements.\nAct as a subject matter expert for SAP IBP and related SAP SCM solutions.\nWork closely with global business units to enhance, standardize, and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning processes through system-supported solutions.\nContribute to solution and process design by creating detailed functional specifications, configuration documentation, and process descriptions, covering data models, planning logic, interfaces, and end-to-end process flows.\nParticipate in international template and rollout projects for SAP IBP, including:Establishing rollout and deployment concepts\nSupporting solution build, testing, and validation activities\nExecuting, fine-tuning, and documenting processes during the project lifecycle\nSupporting handover to operations and providing post go-live support as required\nAnalysing and documenting functional requirements, business processes, and data flows; determining priorities and dependencies for enhancements and project deliverables\n\nLead development activities for assigned sub-projects, including:Gathering and validating requirements through structured workshops and stakeholder interviews\nDrafting, reviewing, and obtaining approval for business and functional requirement documents\nProviding guidance for system integration testing and data validation\nSupporting quality assurance, functional, and end-to-end testing activities\nProviding regular project status updates to management and stakeholders\n\nWork on problems of diverse and complex scope requiring in-depth analysis of planning data, system behaviour, and process impacts. Demonstrate sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods, tools, and solutions.\nAssist with SAP IBP-related projects, enhancements, and support activities as assigned by the direct supervisor.\nYour profile:\nBachelor’s degree in Informatics / Economics / Business Informatics.
