Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 4-10 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) implementations, with hands-on expertise in Informatica SaaS MDM.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts and architecture, including, MDM SaaS Assets like Business Entities, Relationships, UI configuration and along with hands-on experience on Customer 360, Product 360, Supplier 360, Reference 360 services, Metadata Security (Access control).
- Proven experience in designing and configuring MDM data models, including entities, relationships, hierarchies, and reference data.
- Hands-on experience in configuring Match Rules, Merge Rules, Survivorship Rules, and Trust Scores and Match tuning.
- Strong understanding of data quality management, including standardization, validation, and enrichment rules within MDM.
- Experience in configuring and managing Business Rules, Validation Rules, and Workflows
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in unit testing, system testing, and data validation, including preparation of test cases and execution of test scenarios.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into MDM configurations and solutions.
Good to have skills:
- Prior experience working on MDM migrations (on-prem to SaaS MDM or legacy MDM platforms).
- Experience with data onboarding and publishing using Informatica SaaS MDM and IICS integrations and Understanding of Document Database basics.
- Exposure to MDM stewardship tools, dashboards, and operational reporting.
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and reference data management concepts and Experience working in Agile delivery models and client-facing environments.
- Ability to think strategically and innovatively to improve master data quality and operational efficiency.
- Good to have CAI knowledge as most of the customizations happen via CAI.
