Candidates should have demonstrated hands-on project manager delivering project scope from concept to closure on-time and on-budget, scheduling work to promote maximum amount completed with minimal plant downtime, resulting in higher plant efficiency.\nKey Accountabilities:\nCollaborate with Operations and Maintenance Technical Services to develop annual capital plans.\nLead projects from creating strategic action plans through execution, ensuring scope, costs, and schedules are met. Provide detailed scopes of work, cost estimates, and timelines.\nManages and schedules project elements to ensure minimal interruption to plant operations; delivers finished projects as designed on time and on budget with no safety, food safety or environmental issues\nAssist in selecting and validating new equipment, ensuring it aligns with operational needs and regulatory compliance.\nEngineers, designs, optimizes, analyzes equipment, systems, and processes to identify modifications to improve efficiency, increase quality, and reduce costs.\nAssesses the competence, capabilities, resources, and financial status of vendors.\nCollaborates with the safety, operations and quality assurance departments to identify and troubleshoot problems; ensures compliance with codes, guidelines, best practices, and policies.\nLead weekly project update meetings with collaborative team members\nRequirements:\nBachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline\nDemonstrated Project Management experience as a hands-on project manager delivering project scope from concept to closure on-time and on-budget, scheduling work to promote maximum amount completed with minimal plant downtime, resulting in higher plant efficiency.\nExperience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.\nUnderstanding of key manufacturing process attributes such as quality, yield, and downtime.\nWorking knowledge of 2D Blueprint Autocad and Microsoft Suite.\nBasic understanding of ISO 9000 design requirements.\nProven track record of safe work habits and / or promoting a safe workplace.\nHigh level of leadership skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.\nDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.\nCapable of communicating and expressing ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and oral formats.\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nStrong interpersonal, technical and presentation skills required.\nWork Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.\nSEARCH FIRMS: Assistance is not needed for this search.\nWe invite you to be part of our exciting team and rapidly growing business.\nFresh Mark provides an excellent work environment and comprehensive benefits including paid vacations and holidays, educational assistance and reimbursement, health care with low premiums and deductibles, vision, 401K with company match and more.\nAbout Fresh Mark, Inc.\nAt Fresh Mark, people come first.
