The successful candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.\nMultiple shifts are available.\n$16.00/Hour\nKey Accountabilities:\nPatrol facility grounds and parking lots to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the security of personnel, property, and company assets.\nMonitor facility entrances and exits, verifying identification and authorizing access for employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors.\nConduct truck and trailer inspections, including verifying trailer numbers, seals, and required documentation upon arrival and departure.\nInspect parked trailers and company property for security concerns, unauthorized access, or signs of tampering.\nMonitor security systems, cameras, alarms, and access control equipment and report malfunctions or security breaches.\nMaintain accurate logs and written reports documenting daily activities, visitor registrations, trailer inspections, incidents, and security concerns.\nEnforce company security, safety, and visitor policies and report violations to management.\nAnswer incoming calls, answer questions, and route calls appropriately.\nSupport emergency response procedures, including evacuation, severe weather, fire, and medical emergencies.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive situations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to accurately complete reports, logs, and inspection documentation.\nAbility to follow established procedures, policies, and requirements.\nBasic computer skills, including data entry and email communication.\nMust be trustworthy and able to pass a background check.\nValid driver's license required.\nAvailability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.\nWork Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.\nAbility to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.\nAbility to conduct routine patrols of a large manufacturing and warehouse facility.\nWe invite you to be part of our exciting team and rapidly growing business.\nFresh Mark provides an excellent work environment and comprehensive benefits including paid vacations and holidays, educational assistance and reimbursement, health care with low premiums and deductibles, vision, 401K with company match and more.\nAbout Fresh Mark, Inc.\nAt Fresh Mark, people come first.
