We have placed over 800 hires across 50 different US-based startups and high-growth companies. \nAbout the Client:\nLeafLink is seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growing sales org. In this role, you will serve as the backend data engine for our Account Executives-focusing on lead data organization, contact enrichment, sequence preparation, and lead quality verification. This position does not involve direct prospect calling; instead, you will focus on building clean outreach infrastructure and optimizing sales data workflows. \nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nLead Data Hygiene & Organization: Clean, structure, and categorize prospect lists within Salesforce/HubSpot to ensure high data accuracy for AEs.\nSequence Preparation & Staging: Build, format, and stage email outreach sequences in tools like SalesLoft, Apollo, or HubSpot.\nProspect Research & Enrichment: Conduct research to identify decision-makers across licensed cannabis operators and enrich contact details (emails, direct lines, software stack).\nLead Quality Review: Audit incoming lead lists against qualification criteria before handing them off to internal sales reps.\nAE Support & Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to organize target account lists and track sequence performance metrics.\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team:\n2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR support, Sales Operations, or Lead Generation role within SaaS, fintech, or data-driven environments.\nHands-on experience with CRMs and sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Apollo, Lusha).\nHigh analytical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail when managing large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.\nAbility to quickly learn and articulate LeafLink’s product offerings and value propositions.\nSelf-starter with a passion for the cannabis industry and an understanding of its unique challenges.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.\nExperience in banking or financial services for cannabis businesses is a plus.\nCompensation &
